I just saw and interview with Carrie and she said that she will not be recording anymore songs that have questionable subject matter, such as Last Name and Before He Cheats. I was very surprised to see her say this. She must be really listening to her fan base...... Good for you Carrie, stick up for what's right, I and many others are really proud of you.......

Yay Carrie!! If you are gonna say your a christian, then you better act like it, too. Good for you girl! Be yourself. There are plenty of other questionable songs and singers out there. Let them sing the trashy songs and be connected to them. You go girl! God Bless!

Good for you Carrie!! I am so proud of her, I knew that she was a "good girl", please don't ever change, stay just the way that you are.............keep making and singing those good, caring, and loving songs. I think when she sings those type of songs, thats when she is at her strongest and very best............

Well I am glad that she took stand for that but I am kind of disappointed. I liked her fun side like she showed on those songs. Good for Carrie that she stands up for what she believes in! This is proof for all you people before who got all riled up about Last Name and Before He Cheats that Carrie is not spiraling down the wrong path and forgetting her values. This just gives more proof that she cares about what she sings and the message it delivers to her listeners. Keep the great music coming Carrie! Smiling

I think it is kinda sad that she won't record songs like that. I mean they aren't bad or anything (unless ur an idiot and think u should do that) and they are great songs. oh well.

WOW! Carrie really does care, awwwwwwwwww!!! But i didn't think the songs were bad, but at least Carrie is gonna stop recording songs like that!
