Carrie Receives 3 ACM Award Nominations

This morning, the nominees for the 44th Annual Academy Of Country Music Awards were announced at the Country Music Hall Of Fame in Nashville, TN.

Carrie received nominations for three awards, including the coveted Entertainer of the Year, Top Female Vocalist and Video of the Year Award for the hit “Just A Dream” from her multi-platinum Carnival Ride album.

Carrie’s Entertainer of the Year nomination is the first by a solo female artist since 2000. She joins an elite group of country female artists to be nominated in this category including Faith Hill, Shania Twain, Reba McEntire, Barbara Mandrell, Loretta Lynn, Dolly Parton, and Crystal Gayle.
