Carrie rocked the stage for the first of three stadium dates she is joining on the North American leg of Guns N’ Roses World Tour 2023 at Croix-Bleue Medavie Stadium in Moncton, NB on Saturday night.

Carrie’s eclectic set, backed by her stellar 8-piece band, included unique mash-ups and covers by some of Carrie’s longtime rock inspirations such as Joan Jett, Pat Benatar, and Heart, while also covering other crowd-pleasing favorites by Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, and Motörhead. The enthusiastic crowd also sang along to Carrie’s smash hits, as well as newer tracks from her most recent album, Denim & Rhinestones.

During Guns N’ Roses headlining set, Carrie joined the iconic rock legends for their classic hit “Sweet Child O’ Mine,” and was invited back again to the stage for the night’s final number, the anthemic “Paradise City.”

Carrie appears with Guns N’ Roses again at the Parc Jean-Drapeau in Montreal, QE on August 8, and at GEODIS Park in Nashville, TN on August 26.

Carrie made worldwide headlines last year when she welcomed Guns N’ Roses frontman Axl Rose as a surprise special guest during her headlining performance at the Stagecoach Festival in April 2022.  She joined the band onstage that summer for two songs during each of their July 1 and 2 shows at the UK’s Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, and Rose made another surprise appearance during the L.A. Crypto.com Arena stop on Carrie’s Denim & Rhinestones Tour, earlier this year.

After completing her 43-city The Denim & Rhinestones Tour in March, Carrie resumed her ongoing REFLECTION: The Las Vegas Residency at Resorts World Las Vegas, which continues in September.  She will star in her 11^th consecutive show open for NBC’s Sunday Night Football this Fall, and recently launched her exclusive year-round channel, CARRIE’S COUNTRY, on SiriusXM.  A deluxe edition of her Denim & Rhinestones album, featuring six new tracks, will be out September 22.

Multi-Platinum, 8-time GRAMMY® Award winner Carrie will star in the show open for NBC’s Sunday Night Football for the 11th consecutive season beginning September 10 on NBC and Peacock. The new show open – headlined by an updated rendition of “Waiting All Day for Sunday Night” – features a concert performance interspersed with augmented reality highlights displayed across a halo scoreboard. On Wednesday, June 21, 2023, country music superstar and Resorts World Theatre first resident headliner, Carrie Underwood, kicked off her 2023 run of her ongoing REFLECTION: The Las Vegas Residency at Resorts World Las Vegas. The first artist to grace the Resorts World Theatre stage when she opened the venue in 2021, Carrie dazzled the opening night crowd during her highly-anticipated, sold-out return to Las Vegas, marking her first of 21 exclusive performances at the venue this year.

On Wednesday, June 14, 2023, country music superstar and Resorts World Theatre resident headliner, Carrie, received a grand welcome at Resorts World Las Vegas to celebrate her June 21, 2023 return to the stage for REFLECTION: The Las Vegas Residency. During a private reception, Underwood celebrated the highly-anticipated return of her ongoing residency with a pink champagne waterfall toast in the Crockfords lobby alongside invited guests following her arrival to the property in a signature red Rolls Royce. 

Underwood stated, “I feel very special right now. It truly was an honor to open the Theatre at Resorts World and to be the first on that stage. [Resorts World] has been our home away from home, and we’re excited for the rest of this year and hopefully, a long time to come.”

SiriusXM announced today that Carrie will launch her exclusive year-round SiriusXM channel, CARRIE’S COUNTRY, on Friday, June 9 at 7:45 pm ET on SiriusXM channel 60 as well as on the SXM App. 
 
Carrie will kick off the new channel live and in person from SiriusXM’s Music Row Happy Hour at the Margaritaville Cafe in Nashville with SiriusXM host Buzz Brainard. To celebrate the launch, CARRIE’S COUNTRY will additionally simulcast on SiriusXM’s The Highway (channel 56) on Friday, June 9 from 8:00 pm ET until midnight ET. 
 
Special CARRIE’S COUNTRY launch day programming will feature an exclusive Town Hall special with Carrie recorded at the SiriusXM Miami Studios. Global superstars Carrie Underwood and Ludacris reunited Thursday night (May 4) at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena to celebrate their hit collaboration “The Champion” earning its RIAA Double Platinum certification. The song, written by Carrie with Brett James, Chris DeStefano, and Christopher Bridges (aka Ludacris), and produced by Jim Jonsin, was initially used to open NBC’s Super Bowl LII and was incorporated into the network’s coverage of the 2018 Olympic Winter Games. The event anthem quickly hit No. 1 in 10 countries including the U.S. 
 
Carrie and Ludacris also released a poignant and powerful montage music video, directed by Jimmy Lynch, featuring a behind-the-scenes look at the pair recording the song as well as historic moments and footage highlighting professional athletes and everyday champions.  Fans then started sharing their own champion-inspired photos and videos across social media using #TheChampion.

SiriusXM announced today that eight-time GRAMMY® Award winner Carrie Underwood, will launch an exclusive year-round SiriusXM channel, CARRIE’S COUNTRY, in June.

CARRIE’S COUNTRY will be curated and presented by Underwood. SiriusXM’s newest 24/7 channel will be available to subscribers across North America in their cars or anywhere they go with the SXM App. The exclusive year-round channel joins SiriusXM’s artist channel lineup which includes Kenny Chesney’s No Shoes Radio, The Beatles Channel, Drake’s Sound 42, and more.
